Mrs. Florence J. Russsell, 90, of Emlenton died at 6:10 PM Tuesday in her home, 606 Kerr Avenue.
She was born September 5, 1894 in Evans City, a daughter of Hattie and Frank P. Witherup. She married Arthur R. Russell, SR April 14, 1915 and he died August 1, 1977.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Surviving are a son, Theodore Russell of Emlenton; two daughters, Mrs. Louise Kunselman and Mrs. Frances (Wayne) Carr, both of Emlenton; 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A son, Arthur R.. Russell, JR died in 1967, two infants sons three sisters and two brothers are also deceased.
