Preceded in death by parents Pearl and Ed Hunchman; and sisters Nellie Ford and Mary Kaltenbacher.
Survived by her husband of 67 years, Alvin (Sonny) Hawkins; sons, Ronald (Joan) and Steve (Ann). Grandchildren, Shelly Warren (Steve), Lori Hare (Chuck), Susan Richardson (Cliff) Steve Hawkins Jr., and Ronald Hawkins Jr.; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, June 17, 2013 from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Highway at Rockford Lane. Funeral Mass at her church, Saint Lawrence, Tuesday, June 18 at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, in Radcliff, KY.
