Joseph Edward Rhodes, Jr., son of Joseph Edward Rhodes, Sr. and Sarah Mary "Polly" Beck Rhodes, married Queenie Goodson Rhodes on November 24, 1842.

There is another Queeney Goodson, she married Joseph Edward Rhodes, Jr. oldest brother Curtis Rhodes, they are both buried at Old Swift Creek Cemetery, Darlington County, South Carolina

James Simpson Rhodes, buried at Grove Hill Cemetery, Darlington County, South Carolina.
Joshua E. Rhodes, buried at High Hill Cemetery, Darlington County, South Carolina.

NOTE:
Joseph Edward Rhodes, served in the Civil War, on May 16, 1864 at Drury's Bluff near Petersburg, Virginia.... when a Minnie ball pierced his breast instanly terminating his mortal career...

Son Joshua E. Rhodes, b. 5-5-1847 - d. 4-15-1927, was a farmer, buried at High Hill Cemetery, Darlington County, South Carolina.
