Dorothy V Moyer, 90, Inverness, died Sunday, July 18, 2004, in Inverness.
Born in Scranton, Pa, to John Henry & Mary "Halady" Vosburg, she was the oldest of 13 children. She moved from Lake Shawnee, N J, to Fort Lauderdale in 1986 & then to Inverness in 1989. She was a homemaker. She was Methodist. She was a member of the V.F.W. auxiliary in New Jersey. She enjoyed oil, pastel, & watercolor painting. She liked making ceramics in her studio. She enjoyed showing her Morgan horse, Rascal.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred William Moyer in 1982. Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy M Moyer of Inverness; three brothers, Theodore Vosburg & his wife, Midge, of Wapwallopen, Pa, Curtis Vosburg of Frenchtown, N.J.. Elmer Vosburg & his wife, Faye, of San Antonio, Texas; three sisters, Katherine Richard of West Pittston, Pa, Caroline Shiffer of Ashboro, N.C., Jane Cicon & her husband, John, of Moosic, Pa; & 51 nephews & nieces.
