Cleveland C. Allen, 84, of Rt. 2, Summerfield, died early Saturday at Wesley Long Hospital.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday at Liberty Wesleyan Church, where he was a charter member, with the Rev. Sidney A. Loggins and Dr. Larry Hill officiating. Burial will be at First Baptist Church in Summerfield.
A lifelong resident of Summerfield, he was a retired construction worker.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Pauline Long of Greensboro, Mrs Lorene Leonard of Kernersville, Mrs. Ella McHargue of Statesville, Mrs. Barbara Joyner of Summerfield; sons, Calvin C. and James H. Allen of Greensboro; 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today.
