Son of James & Naomi (Whobrey) Lowe of Edmonson Co., Ky.He had 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Married Olive Jean Pierce in 1948 and had 1 child. Moved from Leitchfield, Grayson Co.,Ky to Louisville, Ky and then to Fl. He died of multiple organ failures and was flown back to Ky for Service at Resthaven Funeral Home and buried at the Mausolium.
