Robert W. (Bob) Nageli, 84, passed away May 26, 2013. He was born August 16, 1928, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jacob Nageli and Edna Pearl Warwood. He was employed at Kennecott Copper as a concentrator for 30 years, and drove bus for Lewis Brothers Stages. Served in the Army during WWII, and the Korean conflict. Survived by his daughters, Paula (Mike) Cheshire, Lesa Nageli, Linda Nageli; sisters, Eva Poulton, Betty (Lloyd) Sorenson, Sandra Golder, Ann Riley; brothers, John and Dwayne Nageli; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; Preceded in death by his daughter,Rhonda; grandson, Cody Martinez; brothers, Kasper, Ray, Reed; sisters, Bertha, Geneal, Francis Hardy, Floretta Lange, and LaVern Thomasson. He loved to garden and appreciated the outdoors, receiving numerous awards for best yard in his subdivision. He cherished a drive through the mountains when the leaves changed colors, and always did for others with a smile. Our precious Father is with our Father in heaven, and will be missed. Graveside services will be held Friday, June 7, 2013, at 12 Noon at Murray City Cemetery, 5600 South State Street. Family will receive friends at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray, from 11:00-11:45 a.m. prior to services.
