Born April 30, 1913 at Green Valley, he was a son of the late Frazier and Ora Mae Belcher Neal.
He was a retired custodian and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Roger Street Community Church.
Survivors: sister, Mrs. Blanche Snapp of Princeton; brother, Emory Neal of Newport, News, Va.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory, Athens Road, Princeton, with the Rev. Gene Pennington officiating and burial at Resthaven Memorial Park, Princeton.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. today.
