She was born Sept. 9, 1914, in Greenview, the daughter of John H. and Emma Amerkamp Evers. She married Victor Berger McAtee in 1937 in Greenview; he died in 1989.
Mrs. McAtee worked for the secretary of state’s office for several years. She was a member of Greenview United Church, where she was a member of Women’s Fellowship.
Survivors: son, Don (wife, Janet) McAtee of Greenview; daughter, Eleanor (husband, Steve) Bergman of Mason City; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and brother, Lawrence (wife, Darlene) Evers of Greenview.
Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Greenview United Church, the Rev. Stephen King officiating. Burial: Elmwood Cemetery, Greenview.
