Keith Charles Destromp Sr, 35, died Monday May 29, 1989 in Burlington.

He was born in Burlington April 13, 1954, the son of Harry W. Destromp and Marjorie J Barkyoumb Destromp.

He lived in Underhill most of his life and attended Underhill schools. He served in the US Marine Corps.

He leaves his parents of Underhill; a son Keith Destromp Jr., and a daughter Keitha Destromp and their mother Candice all of Middlebury, two brothers, David and his wife Linda of Albuquerque, NM and Gary and his wife Barbara of Underhill; a sister, Mrs Richard (Penny) Billups of Essex Jct; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by a sister Janice in 1953.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in St Thomas Church in Underhill Center. Interment will follow in St Thomas Cemetery. Visting hours are today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Gifford Funeral Home in Underhill.

Underhill-Destromp, Keith C Sr. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday at 11 a.m. in St Thomas Church with the Rev. Jean Paul LaPlante as celebrant. The Rev Gerald Bombardier of St Joseph's Church in Burlington was concelebrant. Music was provided by St Joseph's Church Folk Group. Interment followed in St Thomas Cemetery. Bearers were Ronald Regimbal, David Destromp Jr., Jack Peatman, John Morrill, Raymond Doner and Ronald Prince.

Not noted in obit: also predeceased by infant brother Ronald in 1940 and infant sister Nancy in 1941.

Kit was a murder victim.
