Born in Cheyenne Wells, CO on April 8, 1910. Retired farmer. Member, Greenwood United Methodist Church. Taught Sunday school and Methodist Youth Fellowship for more than 20 years. Lincoln resident since 1986. Volunteered for the Red Cross for more than 40 years. Past president, Lancaster County Farm Bureau and Election Board. Graduate, Waverly High School, 1928. Attended the University of Nebraska for two years. Married Irene Walradt in February 1936. Glen painted signs for everyone in the area, but farming was his love. Survivors: wife, Irene; nieces; nephews. Preceded in death by: parents; brothers, Wayne & Walter. Memorial service on Friday at Roper & Sons Chapel. Body had been donated to the Univ of NE Medical Center in Omaha.
