Born April 28, 1913, in Ursa, she was a daughter of James I. and Grace Smith Agard. She married Lemuel W. Frazier April 1, 1934, in Palmyra, Mo. He died Dec. 31, 1998.
Mrs. Frazier was a graduate of Mendon Township High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Ursa Christian Church and its Golden Rule Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the Ursa Eastern Star.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by four sons, James of Quincy, John and his wife, Sue, of Oak Lawn, Bill of Pontiac and Bob and his wife, Clara, of Grand Island, Neb.; and 10 grandchildren, Curt Cunningham of Columbia, Mo., Matt Frazier of Omaha, Neb., Bart and April Frazier of Dallas, Texas, Les Frazier of Blue Springs, Mo., Jeff Frazier of Oak Lawn, Paul and John Frazier of Bloomington, Andy Frazier of Lincoln, Neb., and Julie Leenerts of Quincy. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Juanita Frazier.
Private funeral services will be held in the Hunter Funeral Home in Mendon. Burial will be in New Providence Cemetery in Ursa.
