MAY, Edith Caroline - Passed away,
peacefully, Monday, June 7, 1999, after
a brief illness, Edith Caroline May, in
her 95th year.
Daughter of the late Mark and
Catherine May. Sister of Rosanna
Stockford with whom she lovingly
shared a room together at Norfolk
Manor, Guelph.
Predeceased by three sisters, Mrs.
Catherine Zinger, Mrs. Laura Corkins,
Miss Mary May and eight brothers,
Alexander, Harold, William, Anthony,
Harvey, Mark, Charles and Henry.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Edith will be sadly missed by the
Steep's who were her second family.
Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre &
Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin St. N.,
Guelph from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday
evening with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral mass will be held Thursday,
June 10, 1999 at Church of Our Lady at
11 a.m. Interment Marymount Cem-
etery. Vigil for Edith Wednesday even-
ing.
As expressions of sympathy, do-
nations to the St. Joseph's Health Care
Foundation (Home) would be appreci-
ated by the family (cards available at
the funeral home).
