"Teresa Strickland Rites Scheduled Here Thursday – The funeral for Teresa Ann Strickland will be at 11 am Thursday at Kimbrell-Stern. The Rev. E.A. Abbott, pastor of the Byne Memorial Baptist Church will officiate, and interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Teresa Ann was the 11-year old daughter of YNC and Mrs. Wynn Strickland, U.S. Navy, Alameda, CA. She died Saturday morning in Alameda following a lengthy illness. Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters both of Alameda; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Chambliss, Albany, and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Julian W. Strickland, Albany. The family will be a 310 Pine Ave. Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements."
