Julia "Judy" N. Faucette, 79, of Owenton, died Sunday at her residence. Born May 3, 1924, in Cincinnati, to the late Hobert and Maude Hensley Nix, she was a homemaker, a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and a life member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Bill Faucette; two sons, Hobert W. Rider Jr. of Haskins, Ohio, and Larry W. Rider of Weston, Ohio; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the Seminary Street location of McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Bro. David Wotier officiating. Burial will be in the Owenton I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
