Graveside service for Ethel May McLinn 78 of Emmett, who died Monday at a Caldwell care center will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Emmett Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Potter Funeral Chapel Emmett. Ethel was born on Oct. 2, 1926 at Emmett, to Edgar and Haddie Hale Brogan. She was reared and educated in the Emmett area. She married Wayne McLinn on July 19, 1944 at Payette. She helped her husband with their orchard business. They also ran cattle for many years. Ethel was a member of the Electa Chapter #22 Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by 2 sons Joe McLinn of Caldwell and Bert McLinn; a grandson Lafe McLinn; 2 sisters Mary Donnelly of Eagle, and Della McLinn of Emmett. She was preceded in death her husband, one brother and an infant sister.
