He was born Dec 4 1955 in Fleming County to Lida Belle Earlywine Mitchell and the late James Wallace "JimBoy" Mitchell.
Mr. Mitchell was a concrete truck driver for Colagon Construction.
He is survived by this children,Bryon (Sarah) Mitchell,Shawn (Nicole)Mitchell and Kayla Mitchell; 5 grandchildren; and siblings, Barbara (Joe) Wade,Patsy (Darrell)Marshall,Franklin "Danky"(Janette)Mitchell,Cathy (Billy)Watkins,Edith (Arthur)Linville,Lonnie Mitchell,Sue (Dean)Mitchell and Richard (Marsha)Mitchell.
He was preceded in death by his father,a brother Larry Dale Mitchell and a nephew Michael Dale Hunt.
Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m., Thursday May 30 2013 at the Elizaville Cemetery with Pastor Darrell Marshall officiating.
Burial will follow in Elizaville Cemetery.
Visitation will be private.
