The following information is from Edna (Morrow) Vowles, the g-granddaughter of Joel Thomas & Margaret Elizabeth (Brickle) Love. Joel was John Andrew's brother, the son of Thomas Kendrick & Virginia Jane Love. Edna died on June 22, 2001.

Edna said, "John & Mary Jane's daughter, Anna Elizabeth, married John Elhue Morrow, a brother to my grandpa Morrow. They lived a half mile down the road from our home. I must tell you about her (Anna Elizabeth) brother, William, whom we called Uncle Billy. He played the violin and his wife played the banjo. They always played music for our square dances which were held in someone's home. They would sit and play for hours for no charge, except for donations. These are some of my fondest memories."

John Andrew was 71 years old when he died.
