Death of John J. McElwee
John J. McElwee, aged 45, of Strand street, South Wilkes-Barre, died last night after a brief illness of pneumonia. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Gertrude, John, Francis, Elisabeth, Agnes, Daniel and Bernard. His mother, Mrs. Rose McElwee, and the following brother and sisters also survive: Cornelius, Catherine, Mary, Ella, Sister Anessa of Altoona and Sister Rose Veronica of Chestnut Hill Convent, Philadelphia.
