Death of Mrs. Rose McElwee
Mrs. Rose McElwee died yesterday morning at the family home, 471 South Grant street, following an illness of pneumonia. Deceased is survived by the following children: Cornelius McElwee, Mrs. Ellen Canson of Colorado; Mary and Ellen McElwee, at home; Mrs. Catherine Moyer of South Dakota; Sister Veronica, of Philadelphia; Sister Uneeda, of Altoona; also a brother, Joseph McElwee.
The funeral will be held from her home at a time to be announced later. A high mass of requiem will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church and interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery at Hanover.
