Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Colonial Funeral Home Chapel in Dimmitt, Texas, with Jason Stone officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Thursday in Littlefield Memorial Park Cemetery in Littlefield.
Mr. Jackson was born Nov. 13, 1937, in Littlefield. He was a member of First Christian Church in Ruidoso Downs.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; two sons, Dennis Jackson of Ebanston, Wyo., and Steve Jackson of Hobbs, N.M.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Rosa Lee Hood of Ruidoso Downs; and two brothers, Roy Jackson Jr. of Littlefield and Charles Jackson of Odessa, Texas.
