W. R. Brannin Dies at Arcola
ARCOLA, Ill. -- William Robert Brannin, 79, Arcola, died at 6:30 a.m. Sunday at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Shrader funeral home here with Rev. Russell Caylor officiating. Burial will be in Arcola cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
Mr. Brannin was born May 19, 1881, at Cooks Mills, a son of Oliver and Louvina Hopper Brannin. He never married. Mr. Brannin was a retired farmer and had lived in the Arcola area about 50 years.
He leaves two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Wall and Mrs. Sadie Lynch, Arcola.
