Bernice A. Lambert, 84, Newnan, Georgia, died January 24, 2000. She was born September 2, 1915 in Harris County, GA, the daughter of Walter Quinton and Sarah Ester Claiborn Alexander. She was retired as a nurse in the Coweta County School System.
Survivors include a son, Gene Lambert, Alexander City, Alabama; a daughter, Anne Lambert Noles, Newnan; brothers, Comer Alexander, Fortson, GA, and Malcom Alexander, Columbus, GA; a sister, Dorothy Crew, Fortson; and grandchildren, Alan Noles and John Noles, both of Newnan, Ben Noles, Chattanooga, Sid Lambert, Woodstock, and Jenny Lambert, Norfolk, Virginia; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were at Grantville City Cemetery, Grantville, GA, with Rev. Gary Parrish officiating.
