Mrs. Beaston was a parishioner at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Shiloh.
She was a devoted wife and mother to three sons. She was generous with her time and talents, and enjoyed baking and ceramics. She was a good listener, a good friend, and had a heart of gold.
She was preceded in death by her father, Matt Drovetta; her siblings, Elizabeth, Fred, and Matt Drovetta; and her beloved aunt, who was like a mother to her, Genevieve Wyman.
Surviving are her husband, M.G. "Bud" Beaston, whom she married February 26, 1949 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Belleville; her sons, Charles, James, and John Beaston. Also surviving are her granddaughters, Amanda Schaeffer and Angela Beaston, and great grandson Tyler James Schaeffer.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Shiloh, with Msgr. James Margason presiding.
