Wood Services Held
Funeral services were held Saturday, in Waldron, Ark., for Mrs. Jessie (Docia Zink) Wood of Waldron, formerly of Lyon County. Mrs. Wood, who was born June 15th, 1895, in the Hartford area, died Wednesday in a hospital in Fort Smith, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, who died April 20th, 1964, and by her parents, James and Emma Zink, two brothers, two sisters and one grandson.
She is survived by three sons, Wayne, of Wichita; Omer, of Pueblo, Colo.; and Truman, of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Emmett (Dorothy Jean) Langdon, Kansas City, Mo.; five brothers, Bud Zink, 817 Watson St.; Harley Zink, 1315 Walnut St.; James and Veron Zink, Albany, Ore., and Maurice Zink, Kansas City, Mo.; five sisters, Mrs. Miles (Donna) Lynd, Smith Center; Mrs. C.T. (Leona) Mautz and Mrs. Glen (Dorothy) Herrick, Hartford; Mrs. Jack (Ruth) Kerth, WaKenney; and Mrs. Ward (Margaret) Walliser, Cassville, Mo.; eight grandchildren and four grandchildren.
