Eric Don Stephens passed away in Holdenville on May 16, 2013, at the age of 33 years. Eric was the son of Deborah Mooney, born on August 2, 1979, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He was brought up and attended schools in Holdenville, his lifelong home. Eric worked as a handyman and enjoyed repairing bicycles, motors and vehicles. He loved fishing, listening to music, and hanging out with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Mooney and step grandfather Earl Madden; cousin Jody Mooney; the mother of his children, Kristy Lynn Tatum. Funeral services will be Friday, May 24, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at the Holdenville Church of the Nazarene, and Eric will be laid to rest in the Holdenville Cemetery.
