Nancy L. Horner, 44 of New Haven passed away on June 18, 2010 at Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT after a long illness.
Born June 21, 1965 to Douglas Beamon and the late Verlene Horner.
Nancy attended New Haven Public Schools and graduated from James Hillhouse High School. She worked as a private duty CNA with the geriatric population until her illness.
Nancy is survived by son, Edmund Bernard Comfort Jr, daughter, Barbara Shenita Green of New Haven, grandson, Jayden Tyler Smith of New Haven, sisters, Judith (Kevin) Dixon, Jeanine Moncrease, Gemma (Thomas) Barrett of New Haven, grandparents Amos and Grace Beamon of New Haven, special pet, Willow and a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
She was predeceased by grandfather, William Horner, grandmothers, Mary Beamon and Esther Horner.
Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
