Son of William Huntington and Zina Baker. Came to Utah July 24, 1847, Brigham Young company. Married Mary Melissa Neal 1843, Cambria, Niagara county, New York (daughter of George A. Neal and Aseneth Cooley of Cambria, (Pioneers 1852, Captain Brown company). Their children: Mary A. married Andrew Cooley; Baby, died infant; George W., married, Elizabeth Sprouse and Rosetta A. Squires. High Priest; Missionary to England two years; Patriarch; Superintendent Sunday School at Springville, Utah. Bee inspector. School trustee. Farmer and stockraiser. at Springville, Utah.
