(Varner) Beaner. He was preceded in death by parents; wife, Gloria P. "Pat" (Webb) Beaner who died October 27, 2007; step-mother, Stella Fleegle; sisters, Barbara Wissinger and Mae Kinsey; brother, David and step-brothers, Alan and Arthur Beaner.
Joe was a retired construction worker for William P. Voegele Company in Pittsburgh. He was a member of Arbutus Church of the Brethren.
