Amelia "Millie" GARY, 1763-1826, married 1783, Abner Miller TEAGUE, 1763-1842, born Rowan County, North Carolina.

Abner Miller TEAGUE, 1763-1842, was son of Joshua TEAGUE, 1732-1804, and of his wife, widow Dorothy GAUNT [variant spelling: GAUNT, GAUNTT, GANTT] CALDWELL, 1729-1803.

In the 1842 will and estate papers of of Abner Miller TEAGUE, {Laurens District, South Carolina],wife Amelia GARY TEAGUE was not enumerated.

Amelia GARY TEAGUE died at age 57. She was known as "Millie".
She was buried in the Teague Family Cemetery on land owned then by Joshua TEAGUE. Later the graves were moved to the old Chandler Cemetery located on the old Chandler Farm, on Milton Road, in Clinton, Laurens County, South Carolina. In 1996, this farm land was owned by David RAMAGE.
