Ethel Skirvin, 76, 514 W. 15th Street, Bloomington, died Friday morning at Bloomington Hospital.
Born Dec. 8, 1896, in Little Rock, Ark., she was the daughter of Sherman and Ella (Norman) Chambers. Her husband, Samuel Skirvin, preceded her in death. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness faith.
She is survived by one son, Glenn Skirvin of Bloomington; eight grandchildren, one great grandson and her setpmother [sic], Mrs. Della P. Chambers, Bloomington.
Services will be conducted Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Greene and Harrell Mortuary with burial following at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Friends may call at Greene and Harrell Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 9 p.m.
