WINSTON-SALEM — Tommy Lee Rankin, 67, 418 W. 25th St., died Monday (Aug. 13, 2001) at his home.
Born Aug. 25, 1933, in Rowan County, Mr. Rankin was a son of the late Joseph Knox and Hilda Rankin Ramsey. He worked in the textile industry in New York and was a member of Mount Tabor Presbyterian Church.
His wife, Marie P. Rankin, is deceased.
Survivors include brothers James and Nathaniel Ramsey, both of Troutman, Kent Ramsey, Statesville, and Chris Robertson, Winston-Salem.
Services: 4 p.m. today, Mount Tabor Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. J.L. Spears. Burial, church cemetery.
Visitation: 3 p.m. today at the church.
