Preceded in death by parents Allen (Gene) & Reba Couch, daughter Kim Couch, sister Gail Strickland.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors-Wife of 40 years: Alice Couch, Sons & daughter-in-law: Allen Couch,Jamie & April Couch, Grandchildren: Alliyah, Jacob, Gavyn, Abigail, Bryson & Canaan, Sister & brother-in-law: Teresa & Gerald Lewis.
Funeral 8:00 P.M. Monday, Bierelely-Hale Chapel, Rev. Joel Kilpatrick and Rev. Andy Nichols officiating. Interment 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, New Providence Baptist Cemetery, Maryville, with military honors. Family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Monday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
