Funeral Held for West Side Matron
Taft, Feb. 4 - Mrs. Ellen Robbins, wife of Plinny Robbins, died at the home of her brother, Henry Decker, Tuesday evening. She was born in Leipsic, Ohio, March 31, 1868, and had been a resident of Taft and Shafter for the past 19 years. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. G.L. Barber, and one grandson of Bakersfield, Henry Decker, a brother, of Taft and three other brothers and one sister, all living in Ohio. Interment was in the West Side cemetery.
