Graveside services for Mr. Tommy Britt, age 70, are scheduled for 8 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2007, at Mazies Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Britt died early Wednesday in Jackson. He was born November 11, 1936 in Henderson County to the late Fate Britt and Alice Stubblefield Britt.
He was a disabled body repairman for Helms Motor Company.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Tony Britt and one granddaughter, Tiffany Marie Smith.
Survivors include his two sons, Stephen Clay Britt and David Wayne Britt, both of Lexington; two daughters, Tommie Carol Wood of Lexington and Vanessa Britt of Perryville; two brothers, Charlie Britt of Selmer and Fate Britt Jr. of Jackson; one sister, Imogene Olson of Seattle, WA; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, one great-grandchild and his ex-wife, Helen Overman.
