Funeral services for Mrs. Ottillie Peterson, 82, widow of Peter A. Peterson, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Flynn-Johnson Funeral home.
Mrs. Peterson, 3922 West Dunes highway, Pine Township, died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Porter Memorial hospital following an illness of two weeks.
She was a member of the Assembly of God church in Chesterton.
Born in Chicago, Oct. 4, 1873, she was the daughter of Henry and Henrietta Gagel.
She was married to Peter A. Peterson in Valparaiso, Oct. 3, 1892.
Surviving are six sons, Louis and Harold of Chesterton; Robert, Michigan City; Peter, New Buffalo, Mich.; William, Benton Harbor; and Richard, Ontario, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Lydia Foss, Michigan City and Mrs. Clara Willsey, Ligonier, Ind.; 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
The Rev. Stewart Robinson of the Assembly of God church in Michigan City will officiate at the services and burial will be in Furnessville cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from this afternoon until time of services.
