Alice de Bohun de Toeni was the daughter of Sir Humphrey de Bohun, 2nd Earl of Hertford and Maud of Eu, and granddaughter of Henry de Bohun and Maud de Mandeville, Countess of Essex, Raoul de Lusignan, 7th Comte d'Eu and Alice d'Eu, Comtesse d'Eu.

Alice Roger de Toeni of Painscastle, Radnorshire, the son of Ralph de Toeni Knight of Painscastle and Kirtling and Pernel de Lacy. They were married on 30 June 1239 and had one son and one daughter:
* Alice, wife of Sir Walter Beauchamp
* Ralph VII de Toeni, Lord Flamstead

The marriage contract between Roger and Alice was made when Roger was three, and and approved by King Henry on the 30th of June 1239. Alice's maritagium included the manors of Newton Toney and East Coulston, Wiltshire.

Alice was alive in 1255, and her husband married again after her death.
