Services for Mrs Anna Kohlbeck Will Be Conducted Saturday.

Mrs Anna Kohlbeck, 81, who since last September had been making her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr and Mrs Herb Lutz, route 4, Marshfield, died at the Lutz home this morning at 8 o'clock following a 15 weeks' illness.

The body will lie in state at Rembs Funeral Home from this evening until the time of the funeral services Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at St John's Catholic Church. The Rev. Michael Kelhnofer will officiate at the Requiem High Mass, and interment will be made in the family lot in the Hewitt cemetery.

The Altar Society of St John's Church will hold its rosary service at the funeral home Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock, and the general rosary service is scheduled for 8 o'clock that evening.

Mrs Kohlbeck, the former Anna Felber, was born in Manitowoc County Sept. 15, 1862 and was married at Reedsville, Manitowoc County, Jan 31 1881, to Wolfgang Kohlbeck, who preceded her in death April 11 1943.

The family home was at 809 N Central Avenue, and before coming here 14 years ago, they had lived on a farm at Hewitt for 47 years.

Surviving are seven children, Mrs Balthus (Margaret) Canar, Marshfield; Joseph Kohlbeck, route 5, Marshfield; Mrs Louis (Anna) Brandl, Auburndale; Philip Kohlbeck, Wausau; Mrs Henry (Theresa) Schmidt, route 5 Marshfield; Eddie Kohlbeck, Grand Rapids, Mich; and Mrs Herb (Pauline) Lutz, route 4, Marshfield; and a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs Adolph (Margaret) Ecker, Brillion, and Mrs John (Katie) Kohlbeck, route 5, Marshfield.
