Maxine attended Wauneta High School and graduated with the class of 1935. She also was a former resident of the Madrid and rural Grant communities.
Maxine was married to John B. Olson on February 11, 1939, at Holyoke, Colorado. This union was blessed with four children.
Maxine was active servant and member of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. She taught Sunday School for over 23 years at the Bear Valley Church of Christ.
Survivors include; John B. Olson, husband, Denver, CO; Mr. John Terry, father, Denver, CO; Mrs. Judy Bates, daughter, Denver, CO; Mr. Gary Olson, son, Westminster, CO; Ms. Colleen Olson, daughter, Lakewood, CO; Miss Marta Olson, daughter, Denver, CO; Vivian Sales, sister, Denver, CO; Mr. Everett Terry, brother, Atlanta, GA; Mr. Dennis Terry, brother, Crandon, WI; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
