MILTON F. SWIDER
FLEMINGTON – Milton F. Swider, 67, died Tuesday in Hunterdon Medical Center.
Born in Newark, NJ., Mr. Swider was a resident of Flemington since 1922. He was a self-employed building contractor.
He was an Air Force veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Florence Swider, two sons, Richard at home and Kenneth of Stony Brook, NY; a daughter, Deborah of Flemington; four brothers, Edward of Springfield, Chester of E. Stroudsburg, Pa., and Walter and William, both of Flemington. Two sisters, Wanda Carfagna of Butler, NJ., and Florence Pearce of Flemington.
The funeral will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday from the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, Route 31, Flemington. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in St. Magdalen's Church, Flemington. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:30 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9:30 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
Entered the Air Force August 22, 1943.
