Jeff Phillips, 37, was the son of Darrell and Sandra Phillips of Bethlehem. He was a 1987 graduate of Winder Barrow High School, was employed by Olympic Steel, member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church, and coached Dixie Youth baseball.
Survivors beside his parents, are his wife, Missy; son, Dillon; grandparents, Grover and Jane and Magdalene; and a sister, Michelle.
