Greenup, Ill. - Mrs. Fannie Fern Ward, 67, of Greenup, died shortly before midnight Tuesday at Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient four days.
The body is at Hiles funeral home, Greenup. Arrangements are incomplete.
Mrs. Ward was born on Aug. 8, 1892 in Greenup Township, Cumberland County, the daughter of Daniel and Alice Virginia Sturtz Freeman. She was first married to Roscoe White, and later married J. W. Ward, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Ward made her home in Cumberland County all her life.
Surviving are sons, Lloyd White, Mattoon, and Floyd White, Pamona, Calif., a sister Mary Hollensbie, Laverne, Okla., and a brother Don Freeman, formerly of Robinson.
