Mrs Orpha Ruxton, 82, Zearing, died early today at Evangelical Hospital, Marshalltown.
She was a lifetime resident of the Zearing community.
Mrs Ruxton is survived by a daughter, Mrs Eva Reese, also of Zearing; a sister, Mrs Hazel Sebert of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; nine grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jim.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Zearing Christian Church, with the Rev Phillip Sharp officiating. Burial will be in the Zearing cemetery.
