JACOB R. GORMAN

Jacob Rutherford Gorman, a well known farmer of this county, died at his home, 1 mile west of Frederick, at 10:30 o'clock last night, of heart trouble, aged 66 years, 11 months and 27 days. Mr. Gorman was well known in this city. He is survived by his wife and five children: Messrs. Elmer C. and Jacob H. Gorman, of New York; Mrs. Fred. C. Rose and Mary E. Gorman, of Frederick, and Mrs. C. E. Birely, of Ladiesburg. The funeral will take place tomorrow at 12 o'clock. Services will be conducted at the house by Rev. Dr. Kuhlman. The remains will be taken to Hummelstown, Pa., over the Pennsylvania Railroad at 3 o'clock. Interment will be made at Hummelstown on Saturday.

His wife was Frances "Fanny" Hoffer of Pennsylvania, a daughter of Joseph Hoffer and Mary Mumma
