Martin A. Ruth, husband of the late Mrs. Fairy Harrold Ruth, died at the York Hospital Sunday afternoon, Jan. 24, 1960, where he had been a patient for a week. His age was 72-7-14. Mr. Ruth was a member of St. Paul's Church and Sunday School.

Surviving are two sons, Harry Ruth and Luther Ruth; a daughter Mrs. William Rohrbaugh; a step daughter Mrs. Elwood Leader; 13 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Elsie Baugher. Mrs. Ruth died April 13, 1956.

Funeral services were held in St. Paul's Church on Wednesday Jan. 27, with burial in St. Paul's New Cemetery.
