He was a United States Army WWII Veteran, served as squad leader, received Theater Ribbon, Three Bronze Service Stars, Good Conduct Medal, Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, American Theater Ribbon, was a retired farmer and a member of Northside Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife; Joyce New Loveless, whom he married on August 24th, 1946 in Science Hill, Kentucky: one son; Earl (and Betty) Loveless, Science Hill, Kentucky: one daughter; Lynda Sue Taylor (and Harold) Wesley, Mt. Washington, Kentucky: 5 grandchildren; Harold Brent (and Karen) Taylor, Tammy (and David) Faber, Travis Taylor, Krystal (and Chris) Kelly and Erik (and Holly) Loveless: 5 great grandchildren; Victoria Kelly, Wesley Taylor, Zachary Taylor, Faithlyn Loveless and Rebekah Loveless: a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents: one son; Carrol Wayne Loveless: six brothers; Luther Loveless, Bill Loveless, Ben Loveless, Herlan Loveless, Arthur Loveless and Frank Loveless.
