MICHAEL JAY BURRESS—Services for 11-year-old Michael, of 1447 Oakview, Canton Township, who died from an illness April 15 in C. S. Mott Children's Hospital, Ann Arbor, were held Saturday in the Schrader Funeral Home with Pastor Headley Thweatt officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
Michael was a sixth-grade student at Pioneer Middle School and was a member of the R. A. group of the Main Street Baptist Church. He is survived by his father, J. W. Burress, and steo-mother, Nadene; a brother, Ronald, of Plymouth, and two sisters, Mrs. Janet Owens, of Plymouth, and Mrs. Gary (Peggy) Glass, of Colorado Springs, Colo.
