Elsie M. Whitlock, 87, of Rte. 5, Angola, died at 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Carlin Park Nursing Home, Angola.
The daughter of John and Bertha Shumaker Rinehart, she was born in Steuben Twp., Steuben County. She was the widow of Laurel Whitlock, who died April 7, 1967.
Surviving are two sons, Morris Whitlock of Angola and Burton of Decatur; one daughter, Evelyn Nelson of Angola; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday in Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, with Pastor Stan Johnson of Angola Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in South Scott Cemetery.
