"George W Gibson aged 77 died at his home near Bruin at 7 o'clock Saturday morning after 2 years illness.
Surviving are his widow Susan I Gibson; six sons, Frank W[Clarence W] of Grove City, Roy of Karns City, Prof. Elgie of David W. VA, Donald of Fairview, and Herbert and Leslie Gibson at home; and 4 daughters, Mrs. Stella Daubenspeck, Mrs. Lillian Christie; and Mrs. Ruth Gibson of Butler and Miss Elizabeth Gibson of Detroit and 18 grandchildren.
He was a member of the Bruin Presbyterian Church.
Funeral Services were held from the family home at 2 o'clock this afternoon with Rev. C.W. Smith pastor of Bruin Presbyterian Church and Rev. W.S. McNees, pastor of N. Washington Presbyterian church, officiating. Burial will be in the Presbyterian cemetery at N. Washington."
