Darrell Lowell Hayes, 67, Henderson, died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

He owned his own business and was a member of New Hope Pentecostal Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Nash and Arttie Madeline Dockery Hayes, and one daughter Lena Hayes.

Survivors include one daughter, Kellie Charmaine Zink of Henderson; one son, Shannon Hayes of Henderson; three sisters, Brenda Mayes of Spottsville, Kay Williams of Evansville and Tammy Wallenfang of Wisconsin; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. The Rev. Tony Payne will officiate. Burial will be in Old Bethel Cemetery in Hebbardsville.

Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to New Hope Pentecostal Church.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Hayes, Allen Zink, Dakota Porter, Bobby Denton, Raymond Conrad and Teddy Williams.
